Oliver Sokoll

Oliver Sokoll has extensive experience in project coordination and engineering, particularly in the offshore and pipeline sectors. Currently serving as Projektkoordination Offshore at Amprion GmbH since February 2020, Oliver Sokoll holds responsibilities that include leading subprojects such as Borwin4 and DolWin4, overseeing DC and fiber optic land cable installation, logistics, and technical planning for land-based DC cable routes. Previously, Oliver Sokoll worked as Pipeline Lead Engineer at MMEC Mannesmann GmbH and Technip Germany GmbH, focusing on route planning, developing technical specifications, and preparing bidding documents. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at GL - Germanischer Lloyd Industrie Services GmbH and at IKT - Institute for Underground Infrastructure gGmbH. Oliver Sokoll holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in civil engineering from Ruhr University Bochum.
