Shylender Reddy has a strong work history in the construction industry. Shylender began their career in 1997 as a Project Manager at Sushee Hi-Tech Constructions Pvt Ltd and stayed with the company until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager at Surya Constructions. In 2009, they joined Ramk Projects as a Senior Manager, and during their time there, they held that position until 2012. In 2012, they joined VPR Mining Infrastructure Pvt Ltd as a GM Projects. Their most recent position is Vice President at Amr India Limited, where they have been working since 2019.
Shylender Reddy obtained their X Class degree from Nirmala Hrudaya Convent High School, which they attended from 1969 to 1981. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Nizam College, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Finally, they completed their L.L.B degree at the Indian Law Society, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
