Charles Carpenter is currently the Head of Research for the Nuclear Manufacturing Group at AMRC, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Charles worked at Nuclear AMRC in various roles, including Senior Technology Officer and interim Chief Technology Officer, from 2016 to 2021. Charles began their career as a Quality Engineer at Firth Rixson and Arrow Electronics and has also served as a Tutor for the TRIO McNair Scholars Program. Charles holds an MBA and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Reno, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Liberal Arts from The College of Idaho.
