Juan Antonio Valbuena López

Juan Antonio Valbuena López has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Juan Antonio started their career as a Salesclerk at El Corte Ingles in 2006. Juan Antonio then worked as a Service Manager, responsible for managing, designing, analyzing, and developing IT projects at LHC Studios Kaplan S.L. from 2009 to 2011. After that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Xcape Cancun S.L. from 2011 to 2012, selling vacation packages for students and land operating tours in Cancun - Riviera Maya. Juan Antonio then joined FCBT S.L. in 2012, where they were involved in management, analysis, and web development until the end of the year. From 2012 to 2014, Valbuena López worked as a Functional Analyst and investigated high-level requirements at Vector Software Factory. At ThinkSmart S.A., they served as a Project Manager IT/Business Partner from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for project management, client communication, and new business opportunities. Currently, they hold various roles at AmRest. Juan Antonio started as an IT Project Coordinator, overseeing projects in Spain, Portugal, France, and Germany from 2016 to 2018. Juan Antonio then became a Software and Solutions Manager for AmRest-Tagliatella, KFC, BlueFrog, PizzaHut & Bacoa in Spain, Portugal, France, and Germany from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Global IT Enterprise Architect for Tagliatella, KFC, BlueFrog, PizzaHut, and Bacoa in multiple countries. Additionally, they are the IT Director for Spain and Portugal at AmRest since 2023.

Juan Antonio Valbuena López obtained a Master's degree in Computer Languages and Systems from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2010 to 2011. Juan Antonio also completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de León, specializing in Programming, System Design, Analysis, Design, and Technology from 2006 to 2010.
