Lim Sopha

Lim Sopha currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief of Finance Officer at Amret MFI since June 2021, managing a Finance and Treasury department alongside strategic planning and administration with a team of over 100 staff. Prior to this role, Lim Sopha was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Amret MFI from September 2016 to June 2021, focusing on HR strategy to enhance performance management and recruitment aligned with company culture. With over a decade of experience in finance management, Lim Sopha previously held the position of Head of Finance at Amret from March 2003 to April 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing financial statements and treasury functions. The career began as a Provincial Supervisor at Amret Microfinance Institution in 1997, responsible for lending activities. Lim Sopha holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Charl Stur University, earned between 2003 and 2004.
