Ajay Ratnani

Ajay Ratnani has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of HR at Amrit Bottlers Pvt. Ltd. (Coca-Cola) since January 2011, where also holds the position of HR Head for Coca-Cola Faizabad. Prior to this role, Ajay Ratnani worked as HR Manager at Balaji Bakers Pvt Ltd (Parle CM Unit) from August 2006 to December 2010 and began the career as an HR Executive at Coats India Ltd. from August 2003 to July 2006. Ajay Ratnani completed an MBA at XLRI Jamshedpur from September 2022 to May 2023 and has foundational education from Apeejay School, graduating in 2003.
