Dayanat A. Ahmadov

Dayanat A. Ahmadov serves as the Managing Partner for Amrop Azerbaijan since January 2023 and has been a Partner at GRC since 2016, where GRC focuses on leadership consulting for private and non-commercial organizations. Ahmadov previously held leadership roles at notable institutions including Chairman of the Human Resources and Vocational Education & Training Working Group at the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce, and Partner at Boyden, a global executive search firm. Additional experience includes serving as Academic Career Center Director at Baku Engineering University, Deputy Chairman at GEAD, and Deputy Director at AZINKA HR&CC. Ahmadov holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Economics and International Development and has earned various advanced certificates, including one from Cornell University in Executive Search. Educational achievements also include a Master's in Personnel Management and a Bachelor's in Labor Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
