Roland Theuws is a seasoned professional in the energy and infrastructure sector, currently serving as the Global Practice Leader at Amrop since March 2016. Prior to this role, Roland held significant positions at Gunvor Group Ltd, where contributions were made to one of the world's largest independent commodities trading houses, and at Rabobank, where responsibility encompassed senior vice-presidential duties in Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance across Europe. Roland's extensive experience includes key trading and operational roles at Chevron, managing substantial trading volume across various regions, and a strategic secondment to ExxonMobil. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from Maastricht University, completion of the IMD Executive Development Program, and training in The Future of Work at Hyper Island.
