Jacky Rosier

Jacky recently joined the MSc MADE team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the office, support students with the paperwork and assist tutors in the administration of classes, courses, and results.

She has over a decade of experience in support of faculty staff and management at VUmc and UVA. Next to that, she has been managing large communities of researchers and consultants, in and outside the academic world.

Jacky is a keen urban environmentalist, with a clear view on the future of the large city. “That is why she started looking for a position where she can actively participate in the groundwork for a better future. Amsterdam has a long way to go. They never got either household waste or public transport under control, and now they introduce a 30km speed limit adding that enforcement has no priority”.

She is glad to have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of change in Amsterdam by enabling the next generation of researchers and law makers to work on positive change for the better.
