Mona Moursy

Mona Moursy has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mona is currently the Head of People & Culture at AMS-IX since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Curvature as an HR Director from May 2017 to July 2019 and as an HR Manager EMEA from November 2012 to May 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting the team in integrating best practices, and professionalizing the HR department. Mona also worked at PPG Industries as a Senior HR Advisor from December 2010 to November 2012, providing HR plans, advice, and support. Before that, they worked at ACN as an HR Advisor from January 2007 to December 2010. Mona started their career at Vedior Group as a Recruitment Consultant from October 2003 to January 2007, where they managed recruitment requirements, acquired new client accounts, and negotiated terms and conditions.

Mona Moursy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from NCOI University of Applied Sciences between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they acquired another Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Tio Business School from 1995 to 1999.
