Holger Klassen

Holger Klassen is an experienced professional in the field of interconnect technology development, currently serving as the Head of Interconnect Technology Development at ams OSRAM since April 2021. Prior to this role, Klassen held the same position at OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung from January 2012 to March 2021, also serving as Technical Lead for solder process development and as a Research and Development Engineer, focusing on process development for soldered and sintered interconnects for high power LED chips. Holger Klassen completed a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Ingenieurwissenschaften at Technische Universität Braunschweig in 2018, having previously earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Material Science from RWTH Aachen University.
