Vinodini Jayawardena

Vinodini Jayawardena has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Personal Assistant and Human Resources professional at AmSafe Bridport since August 2011, contributing to a leader in engineered textile products. Prior to this role, Vinodini was Assistant Secretary at the National Co-operative Council of Sri Lanka, supporting the development of the co-operative movement. Additional experience includes senior management positions in human resources at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, where responsibilities included performance management, recruitment, and policy development. Vinodini began a career in administration and human resources at Deutsche Bank, holding various roles culminating in Officer Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a degree in Advanced Human Resources Management from the Post Graduate Institute of Management and a qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
