Mathieu KOLASIAK has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Directeur de la Production Immobilière at AMSOM Habitat since January 2011, where responsibilities include managing real estate investment operations for the leading social housing provider in the Somme. Prior to this role, Mathieu KOLASIAK worked as a Monteur d'operations immobilières, overseeing social housing projects ranging from 1 to 25 million Euros, and handling public procurement contracts. Earlier experiences include serving as an Ingénieur travaux at Sogea Picardie, focusing on civil engineering projects with budgets up to 7 million Euros, and as an Élève ingénieur at ETANCHECO, specializing in industrial closure trades. Mathieu KOLASIAK holds an engineering degree from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and additional qualifications in management and mechanical engineering from IUT d'EVRY.
