Damien Geoffroy

Damien Geoffroy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and social services. Currently serving as Directeur d'ESAT at AMSP since December 2018, Damien previously transitioned to a parental role from January 2016 to December 2018 while dedicating time to family. Prior to this, Damien was Directeur at Groupement de Coopération Sociale et Médico Sociale "PRESQU'ILE," where pioneering efforts led to the establishment of an innovative cooperative project. Additionally, Damien held the position of Directeur d'Usine at RLD, overseeing an industrial laundry with a significant annual turnover. Experience also includes management roles at Adecco Group and Decathlon Internacional. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Économie et Management des Organisations et des Ressources Humaines from Université Côte d'Azur and a Licence en Management des Organisations Sportives from UFR STAPS CAEN.
