Neil Bailey

Neil Bailey is an experienced quality management professional with a robust background in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Amsted Automotive since October 2022, Neil previously held similar positions at SBL, LLC, and Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing quality assurance processes. Neil's career in quality engineering began at Rea Magnet Wire, followed by roles at Rubbermaid Home Products and GenCorp Automotive, where the foundation in quality methodologies was established as a Co-Op Student. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute.
