Michael Bland

Michael Bland is a Senior Project Engineer at Amsted Rail Inc, with a strong background in process engineering, continuous improvement, operations management, and lean manufacturing. With over two decades of experience in the railroad wheel manufacturing industry, Michael has successfully led various improvement projects resulting in significant cost savings and production enhancements. Michael holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
