Richard Mandaro

Richard Mandaro is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Law, currently serving as a Partner at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP since July 2000. In this role, Richard Mandaro manages various facets of Intellectual Property, including litigation, prosecution, and the analysis of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition. Prior to this position, Richard Mandaro worked as a Litigation Associate at Congdon Flaherty O'Callaghan from 1994 to 2000, where responsibilities included handling all aspects of litigation for an insurance defense firm.
