Živa Dušak

Živa Dušak is a dedicated People Development Coordinator at ADC Consulting since March 2023, responsible for organizing training programs, managing the Learning Management System, and supporting employee development initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Intern with UNICEF Student Team Utrecht, where Živa contributed to fundraising efforts, and as a Youth Leader/Coordinator for an Erasmus+ exchange program in Spain. Additional roles span volunteering with Caritas Polska in women's shelters, managing internship databases with EFPSA, and facilitating workshops aimed at combating the stigma of mental disorders. Živa holds a Master of Science in Social, Health, and Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Univerza v Mariboru, along with study experience at the University of Konstanz.
