Kysha Harris is the Owner and Food Curator of SCHOP! LLC, a personalized food service founded in 2002, catering to a high-profile clientele and expanding into food and hospitality consultative services. With extensive experience as a Culinary Producer from 2010 to the present, Kysha oversees all production aspects, shaping creative visions for various projects. As the Food Editor for NY Amsterdam News since 2005, Kysha writes a weekly column and manages a team of writers. Previous roles include Editor at The Spruce Eats, where project management and content creation were key responsibilities, and Associate Producer at Karlitz & Company, focusing on event branding and talent management. Kysha's diverse background also includes marketing and production roles, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing from The Wharton School.
