Hester Mol

Hester Mol is an accomplished professional in marketing and communication, currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Communication at Nederlandse Filmacademie since February 2019. Additionally, Hester holds advisory roles at Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst since April 2023 and as a board member at Theater de Omval from September 2023. Hester has extensive experience in the arts sector, having previously worked as a Marketing Manager at Calefax Reed Quintet and September Me, and as a Marketing Advisor for Ragazze Quartet. Hester has also held significant positions such as Head of Communication & Marketing at MC Theater and as a project leader for the Nederlands Theater Festival. Education includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, SRM, and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
