Keith Hennegan

Keith Hennegan is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at AMSURG since December 2023. Previously, Keith held roles at US Fertility, where responsibilities included Executive Leader of Business Process Optimization and Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to June 2023. At DaVita Kidney Care from 2012 to 2021, Keith advanced from Regional Operations Director to Division Vice President, managing operations for numerous dialysis clinics, achieving significant improvements in divisional performance, and enhancing home therapy services. Earlier career experiences include positions at RoundTable Healthcare Partners and Deutsche Bank, where Keith focused on M&A advisory and financial modeling. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with advanced degrees in Organizational Communication and Finance/Accounting from IESE Business School and Tulane University, respectively.
