Thomas Eicke, MBA, MS, RN has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Critical Care Nurse at St. Barnabas Hospital for four years. From there, they transitioned to becoming a Paramedic at the age of 23, working as a MICP until 1998. In 1999, Thomas started working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Montgomery Hospital, and in 2001, they joined United Anesthesia Services, PC as a CRNA. In 2005, they became the Director of Nurse Anesthesia and Service Development at United Anesthesia Services. Thomas then moved to NueHealth LLC in 2014, where they held positions such as Group Vice President and later Chief Executive Officer. In 2018, they moved to ValueHealth LLC, taking on roles as President of Market Development and later as President of U.S. Market Strategy. Finally, in 2022, they became the President of Premier Care Dental Management and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations in the North East Region for AMSURG.

Thomas Eicke, MBA, MS, RN has a diverse educational background. Thomas began their education journey at Montclair State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology. Moving forward, they attended Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained their Registered Nurse (RN) degree with a focus on Nursing. Continuing their academic pursuits, Eicke enrolled at Saint Joseph's University and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Anesthesia from 1996 to 1999.

Eicke's educational endeavors did not stop there, as they also pursued a higher level of business education. From 2011 to 2013, Eicke attended Saint Joseph's University once again, this time completing an Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA), proving their dedication to both the medical and business fields. Through this esteemed educational background, Eicke has acquired a comprehensive skill set that combines their expertise in anesthesia, nursing, and business administration.
