Tom Golias

Thomas Golias is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in managed care strategy and payer relations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Health Plan Relations at AMSURG since 2023, Golias leads the development of national and state payer partnerships to achieve financial goals and support enterprise strategy. Prior roles include Vice President of Enterprise National Contracting at Elevance Health, Chief Managed Care Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, and Regional Vice President at Cigna and Aetna, where Golias excelled in network development and complex negotiations across multiple markets. Golias holds a Master's degree in Health System Management from Rush University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Planning and Administration with a Business Minor from Penn State University.
