Roeland Brugman

Roeland Brugman is an experienced commercial leader with a diverse background in business development and management. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Founder, as well as Chief Executive Officer and Founder at AMSYSTEMS since October 2018, Roeland has also held the position of Global Business Development Manager AM. Roeland is involved with XR4industry as a member of the Advisory Board and in Business Development since September 2020. Throughout a career that began in 1994 at Philips and included managerial roles at Smit Ovens, TNO, and Virulus Business Creation & Innovation, Roeland has demonstrated expertise in the glass and solar industries. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Control Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
