Isabell Lehnertz

Isabell Lehnertz is a climate protection and sustainability specialist with extensive experience in project management and development of climate-related strategies. Currently serving in the Department for Climate Protection, Sustainability and Waste Management at the Amt der Salzburger Landesregierung since May 2022, Isabell is involved in the SALZBURG 2050 climate and energy strategy and supports partnerships and subsidies in climate initiatives. Previous roles include Climate Specialist at ALDI SÜD HOLDING, where responsibilities encompassed greenhouse gas accounting and international climate strategy, and a Project Research Assistant at University Klagenfurt, focusing on sustainable energy and environmental management. Isabell holds a Master of Science in Applied Business Administration with a focus on Energy and Environmental Management from Universität Klagenfurt and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz.
