Stephen Murray AMBCS is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application support management. Currently serving as Head Of Support at AMT-SYBEX since May 2022, Stephen previously held the position of Application Support Manager (EAM) at Jonas Software UK from January 2022 to May 2022, overseeing the Ellipse and Systemreach Support team and managing Service Level Agreements. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Capita from May 2006 to January 2022, where Stephen managed the Ellipse and Systemreach DevOps team while also focusing on SLA management.
