Ila Atkins

Ila Atkins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ila currently works at Amtech Software as a Software Solutions Engineer, responsible for delivering product demos, managing pre-sales activities, and providing solutions to customer needs. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Platinum Software Support Analyst and Platinum Software Support Analyst at Amtech Software. In 2020, Ila worked as an Independent Consultant and also had a brief role as a PPE Program Manager at Rand Technology. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Project Manager at Amtech Software, overseeing multiple projects and coordinating software implementation and user training. Before that, Ila served as a Customer Service Manager at Sustainable Corrugated and an Area Manager of Quality and Customer Satisfaction at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation. Ila has also held various roles at Pratt Industries, Columbian Chemicals Company - Birla Carbon, Kapstone Paper and Packaging Corporation, and Packaging Corporation of America, ranging from Process Improvement/Safety Manager to Senior Customer Service Representative. Throughout their career, Ila has shown expertise in project management, customer service, and process improvement.

Ila Atkins began their education in 1999 at Agnes Scott College, where they completed 60 credit hours in English Language and Literature. In 2001, they transferred to Kennesaw State University, where they completed an additional 15 credit hours in Philosophy.

In terms of additional certifications, Ila obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training from Focused Improvement Consulting in August 2017. Ila also received OSHA 511: Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry certification from Georgia Tech OSHA Training Institute Education Center in December 2016. In June 2015, they obtained the Annual Hazmat Training for Packaging Customer Service Representatives certification from KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation. Ila also holds a HACCP Coordinator certification from AIB International, Inc, obtained in 2012. Additionally, they completed Powered Industrial Truck Safety Training with Cintas in November 2016. Lastly, in 2006, they became an Exellerant Site Champion (Company Project Management Site Trainer) at Packaging Corporation of America.
