Samantha Apgar

Samantha Apgar is a seasoned auditing and public policy professional currently serving as a Senior Auditor at Amtrak OIG, where responsibilities include designing evaluation strategies, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with government auditing standards. Previously, Samantha served as Associate Director of the Public Policy Program at Temple University, overseeing program admissions, budget management, and career development events for students. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at Project 440, Graduate Research and Evaluation Fellow at ImpactED, and Training and Research Manager at Medical Students for Choice, demonstrating a strong background in nonprofit management, program evaluation, and event planning. Samantha holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed an Executive Leadership Certificate Program at Bryn Mawr College.
