Allison R. Agliardo

Allison R. Agliardo, P.E. DBIA, currently serves as Senior Director at Amtrak, directing project execution teams and overseeing commercial activities for the Hudson Tunnel program. Previously, Allison held the role of Director of Procurement at the Gateway Development Commission, managing procurement for critical contracts related to the same program. Experience also includes positions as Associate Principal at Arup, Operations Manager at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Federal Compliance Manager at AECOM, Project Manager at Burns Engineering, Federal Liaison at Radin Consulting, Project Oversight Manager at David Evans and Associates, and General Engineer at the Federal Transit Administration. Allison holds a BA in Geology from Boston College and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
