Antoinette Marie Seals is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in university and early career programs. Currently serving as the Manager of University and Early Career Programs at Amtrak since July 2021, Antoinette previously held the position of Sr. University Recruiter and played a key role at Cook County Health from October 2014 to June 2021 as a Recruitment & Selections Analyst. Here, Antoinette was pivotal in assisting department heads with HR needs and optimizing recruitment processes across multiple health facilities. Earlier experiences include roles as a Recruiter at City Colleges of Chicago and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where Antoinette successfully developed partnerships, strategic alliances, and recruitment initiatives, significantly enhancing talent acquisition efforts.
