Bernard Glass

Bernard Glass, PMP, is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background in telecommunications and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as Program Manager at Amtrak since August 2023, Bernard previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Dexian, where responsibilities included developing project implementation processes for the ENEC group. With a strong track record at companies such as Nomad Digital, CenturyLink, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and Wireless Matrix, Bernard has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects, coordinated complex installations, and fostered interdepartmental collaboration. Bernard holds an education background in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University and Northern Virginia Community College.
