Brina Norman

Brina Norman is an experienced instructional systems designer currently serving as the Lead Instructional Systems Designer at American Systems since July 2009, where Brina leads training tasks across multiple projects utilizing the ADDIE model. Prior to this role, Brina provided contract support at OutStart, specifically requested by the Chief Learning Officer to enhance software publications and e-learning customer support for the Evolution 2009 software rollout. Brina also worked as a Curriculum Developer at Turtle Rattle Learning from August 2006 to March 2009, applying the ADDIE framework. Academically, Brina holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology—Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology: Digital Media from the University of West Florida.
