David J. Hassinger

David J. Hassinger, Sr. is an experienced leader in program and project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for the Intercity Trainsets Integration Team at Amtrak since September 2022, David previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Project Manager at KS Engineers, P.C. from April 2006 to September 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager at Marathon Engineering & Environmental Services, Inc. and Perks Reutter Associates, as well as Staff Engineer at Pennoni Associates. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University and an Associate's degree in Interior/Exterior Design and Construction from the American Institute of Design.
