Dev Koushik

Dev Koushik has extensive experience in pricing, revenue management, and analytics. Dev is currently the Vice President of Pricing and Revenue Management at Amtrak since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Pricing Strategy and Analytics at Equifax from June 2020 to December 2020. Before their role at Equifax, Dev served as the Vice President of Revenue Management at XPO Logistics, Inc. from June 2018 to February 2020. At XPO Logistics, they were responsible for pricing and revenue management for all lines of business within transportation. Dev also has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having held multiple roles at IHG. Dev was the Vice President of Global Revenue Optimization from April 2013 to June 2018, where they pioneered the development of pricing, revenue management, and distribution initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Revenue Optimization and Manager/Senior Consultant of Pricing Science and Analytics. Dev started their career as a Revenue Scientist at PROS Revenue Management, where they developed pricing and revenue optimization capabilities for various clients in the travel industry.

Dev Koushik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy in 1997. From 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research at the University of Florida.
