Ellen Pannell

Ellen Pannell is a senior professional and Registered Architect currently serving as the Third Party Consent Manager for the Amtrak ADA Stations Program. With extensive experience in transportation, design, and development, Ellen has held positions ranging from Architect at Brawer & Hauptman, where they led the Religious and Non-profit Design Studio, to Transit & Rail Senior Architect at Jacobs. Ellen's strong management and communication skills have been instrumental in overseeing a team that facilitates third-party approvals for a nationwide multi-year station improvement initiative. They earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University.
