Jeannie Kwon

Jeannie Kwon currently serves as Vice President of Mega Program Development & Coordination at Amtrak, overseeing project development and stakeholder management for strategic regional capital investment programs including the Gateway project and Washington Union Station Expansion. Previously, Jeannie held the role of Vice President, Major Stations - Capital Delivery at Amtrak, managing major station redevelopment projects exceeding $100 million. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer at NJ TRANSIT and Executive Director for the Construction Industry Partnership in New York City. Jeannie Kwon has a robust background with the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority in various leadership roles and began her career at AECOM as an Assistant and Junior Planner. Education includes a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from Oberlin College.
