Jeannine Perrault has extensive work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Jeannine started their career as an Intern Software Engineer at the Space Telescope Science Institute in 1988. From 1989 to 1991, they worked as a Research Programmer at The Johns Hopkins University. In 1991, they joined UPS as a Technical Specialist and UPS Partner, where they worked until 2012. During their time at UPS, they gained significant expertise in technical operations. In 2012, Perrault transitioned to T. Rowe Price, where they served as a Technical Portfolio Manager and Associate Vice President until 2021. Jeannine then joined Red Hat as a Principal Business Systems Analyst, holding the position until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Amtrak as a Senior Principal Business Systems Analyst.

Jeannine Perrault holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, which they obtained in 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from Goucher College. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained various certifications including the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Amtrak, the Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, the Red Hat Giveback Program Gold Star for Leading the Business Analysis Community of Practice from Red Hat, the Investment Foundations Certificate from CFA Institute, the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from B2T - Business to Technology / UPS.
