Keren Rabin

Keren Rabin has extensive legal experience, currently serving as the AVP and Managing Deputy General Counsel at Amtrak since November 2007, where previous titles held include Deputy General Counsel, Senior Associate General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel. Prior to Amtrak, Keren Rabin worked as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2000 to 2007. Keren Rabin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
