Charlotte Som currently serves as Co-Lead Australian Counsel at Dimensional Fund Advisors since December 2023. Prior to this, Charlotte held the position of Legal Counsel at Vanguard Australia from April 2015 to December 2023. Charlotte also has experience as Director at the Sir Edward Dunlop Medical Research Foundation from February 2018 to July 2020 and worked as a Lawyer at ASIC from January 2011 to April 2015, focusing on areas such as Investment Managers, Superannuation, Investment Banks, Corporations, and the Chief Legal Office. Additionally, Charlotte contributed as a Tutor for the Juris Doctor Portfolio at the Monash Law Students' Society in 2010. Charlotte holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Monash University, obtained in 2017, and a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Finance from Monash University, completed in 2010.
