Robert Grasty

Robert Grasty has a rich and diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Robert has held high-level positions such as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer at Amtrak and Senior Vice President, Human Resources Strategy and Solutions Delivery at Amtrak. Additionally, they have served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Clinical Operations Officer, and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Woundtech, and as the Chief Human Resources Officer in Kailua-Kona, HI at Hawaii Health Systems Corporation. Robert has also held executive positions at LifeBrite Laboratories, Inova Health System, Pepco Holdings, Inc., Meridian Technologies, OGE Energy Corp., and TIAA-CREF. Throughout their career, Grasty has demonstrated expertise in talent management, diversity and inclusion, culture transformation, and other HR disciplines. Robert has a proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent at all levels and has effectively implemented HR policies, practices, and strategies.

Robert Grasty completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1990. Robert went on to pursue a Masters degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which they completed from 1991 to 1993.
