Shavonda Allen

Shavonda Allen, PMP, is an accomplished Organizational Change Management Consultant at Amtrak since October 2021 and the Owner of Trifecta Services LLC since January 2006. With extensive experience in program management and quality assurance roles, Shavonda served as Director of Program Management and Quality Assurance at Radian, where responsibilities included developing technology solutions for the real estate industry. Previous roles included Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Amtrak, Management Consultant at Angarai, Technical Program Manager at JetBlue, Transformation Program Manager at Volvo, and Management Technology Consultant at Accenture. Shavonda holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
