Treva Bendy

Treva Bendy is an experienced professional in training and change management, currently serving as the Global Training Lead and Organizational Change Management Lead at ConocoPhillips since October 2013. Previously, Treva has held roles such as Global Training Manager and Organizational Change Manager at BP, where responsibilities included overseeing training and change management for SAP projects, and Change Management Lead at Chevron, focusing on risk management and stakeholder alignment.
