Shawn Minter has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Tennis Attendant at West Nyack Swim Club Inc, where they managed the sports complex and maintained the sports grounds. In 2018, they became an Assistant Camp Director at The Summer Spot Day Camp, responsible for coordinating with camp counselors, ensuring the safety of campers, and liaising with parents. In 2018, they also took on the role of Security Manager at Murphy's Restaurant and Pub, overseeing nighttime security and a team of bouncers. From 2020 to 2021, Shawn was a Security Supervisor at Allied Universal, where they supervised security officers across multiple sites. In 2021, they joined PDI as a Security Specialist until 2023.
