Sierra Prochna

Sierra Prochna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and customer experience, currently serving as Senior Manager at Amtrak since June 2019, following progressive roles in the organization. Prior to Amtrak, Sierra held positions at Rolls-Royce as a Customer Management and Services Graduate, where responsibilities included business development analysis and market analysis. Earlier experience includes account management at Splash Media and a role in the Undergraduate Admissions office at the University of Virginia. Sierra holds a Master's of Global Commerce from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and a Master's of Global Strategic Management from Esade, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
