Tamika W. has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Tamika started their career at IBM as an Executive Administrative Assistant from July 1999 until October 2007. Tamika then worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Human Resource Administrator from July 2008 until November 2010. From July 2011 until January 2016, Tamika was an Office Administrator at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Following that, they joined Amtrak where they held various roles including Senior Human Resource Coordinator from February 2016 to December 2017, Chief Entitlement Clerk from December 2017 to February 2021, Foreman III from February 2021 to May 2021, and finally, Sr. Business Data Analyst from May 2021 to July 2023. Tamika is currently working as a Lead HR Investigations Analyst at Amtrak.
