Ricardo Fernandes

Ricardo Fernandes is currently an Engenheiro de processo at Amtrol-Alfa, a Worthington Enterprises Company, since September 2023, contributing to the Transformation 2.0 department focused on Continuous Improvement. Previously, from February to July 2023, Ricardo completed a Curricular Internship at the same company, where the focus was on developing dashboards for the continuous measurement and monitoring of equipment and processes within the metalworking industry. This project involved analyzing the performance of cutting machines and managing the yield of steel processing by defining performance indicators that enabled the monitoring of productivity in the sheet metal cutting section. Ricardo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade de Coimbra (2021-2023) and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Universidade de Coimbra (2018-2021).
