Anja Wiand

Anja Wiand is an experienced professional in claims operations and sales enablement, currently serving as the Director of Claims Operations for Managed Care and Clinical at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Anja held multiple roles at One Call, including Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Outcome Analytics, contributing to sales strategy and operations from February 2016 to August 2023. Anja's career began at PharmaForce International, with significant roles in marketing and international operations from 2003 to February 2016, and included experience at AstraZeneca as a Leadership & Business Effectiveness Analyst from 2001 to 2003. Anja holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where studies occurred between 2001 and 2003.
