David H. Saks

David Saks serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a position held since 2009. Prior to this role, David was Associate General Counsel at AIG from 1999 to 2009 and served as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP between 1994 and 1999. David holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from New York University, which were obtained concurrently from 1991 to 1994, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Yeshiva University, earned from 1986 to 1990.
