Erik Scheinfeldt

Erik Scheinfeldt is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and cyber claims management. Currently serving as AVP Cyber Claims, AVP Litigation, and Regional Counsel at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since November 2017, Erik oversees defense firms in the Central region. Prior to this role, Erik worked at The Hanover Insurance Group from August 2011 to November 2017 as a Litigation Management Analyst and Sr. CGL Adjuster, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with Defense Guidelines, auditing legal billings, and advising on litigation strategies. Erik's legal career also includes roles as an attorney at Christopher, Hays, Wojcik & Mavricos, LLP, and the Law Office of Dennis E. McHugh, alongside legal clerk positions with Maine Revenue Services and Germani & Riggle. Erik earned a JD from the University of Maine School of Law and a BA in Law & Society from American University.
