Mark Serock

Mark Serock has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, both in auditing and leadership roles. Mark is currently the Director at AmTrust Financial Services, and was previously a Partner at KPMG US.

At KPMG, Mark served as audit partner on large banking, finance, and alternative investment clients. Mark provided audit services and guidance to clients during periods of significant change in the financial services industry during the 1990s and 2000s. Mark also served on the New York leadership council, providing support and guidance to leadership in managing the financial services practice. From 2003 to 2011, they provided educational leadership to the New York Financial Services Audit Practice, leading the educational efforts with respect to Sarbanes Oxley internal control audits and adoption of electronic work papers.

Mark's experience and expertise in the financial services industry makes him a valuable asset to any organization. Mark's knowledge and skills have helped him build a successful career in both auditing and leadership roles.

Mark Serock has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Siena College and is a certified public accountant (CPA) through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mark is now retired.
